Applicant must be an employee of Columbus Regional Hospital seeking training for an advanced position (LPN to RN, RN to BSN, etc.).

Applicant must be a graduate of a Bartholomew County high school enrolled in Purdue University's Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Technology undergraduate degree program or pursuing a Doctor of Veterinary Science degree at Purdue University.

Applicant must be a graduating senior female from Bartholomew County who is planning to study a life science at an accredited college or university.

Applicant must be a resident of Bartholomew County who will study music at an accredited post-secondary educational institution.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Columbus North High School who participated in the football program and plans to pursue post-secondary education as a full-time student.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Bartholomew County high school who will attend a four-year post-secondary institution to pursue a degree in engineering or business as a full-time student.

Applicant must be a graduate of a Bartholomew County high school who graduated in the top 10% of their class and will attend any campus of Indiana University.

Applicant must be a resident of Bartholomew or Decatur County who plans to attend an accredited post-secondary educational institution in pursuit of a technical certificate, associate's degree or bachelor's degree.

Applicant must be a resident of Bartholomew County pursuing post-secondary education in the visual arts.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Columbus East, Columbus North or Hauser High School who will pursue a two- or four-year degree at an accredited college or university as a full-time student.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Bartholomew County high school who is a ten-year member of the 4-H program or a three-year member of the 4-H Junior Leaders.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Hauser High School who plans to attend a four-year college or university in Indiana. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
