Applicant must be a graduate senior from a Perry County high school who has been a member of 4-H for a minimum of five years.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Perry County high school pursuing a career in law enforcement or a related field.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Perry County high school who is pursuing post-secondary education. Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Tell City High School who is pursuing post-secondary vocational education or specific career training. Financial need and a strong academic record must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior or graduate of a Perry County high school who is pursuing a college degree in music or a degree in education with some emphasis on music. Financial need, good academic standing and minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.
