Applicant must be a graduating senior from Tri Jr-Sr High School who is enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university and is in the top 10% of their graduating class.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from New Castle High School who is enrolling in a beauty/cosmetology certificate program, has studied piano or dance, worked part-time in a hospital, or is a member of the First Baptist Church in New Castle. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Crawford High School who is enrolled in a four- or five-year program at an accredited college or university. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Henry County high school who will attend an accredited four-year program in liberal arts.

Applicant must be a Henry County resident enrolled in a college or university in the state of Indiana entering at least their third year of study in the field of education.

Applicant must be a resident of Henry County who attended New Castle Area Vocational School and is working towards a certificate or two-year degree at a vocational school or college.

Applicant must be a resident of Henry County who is a current 10-year 4-H member. Minimum 2.3 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Henry County who has a ten year history with 4-H and will attend a two- or four-year college or university to study any field of science.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from New Castle High School who will attend an accredited four-year college or university to pursue a career in business administration or marketing. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from New Castle High School who will attend a four-year college or university. Minimum 3.3 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from New Castle High School who will attend an accredited four-year college or university and was the trojan mascot during high school. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Knightstown High School who will attend an accredited four-year college or university.
