Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Johnson County high school who has participated in 4-H/FFA and community service, and will enroll full-time as an undergraduate student at an accredited college or university. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a current or past graduate of a Johnson County high school who is pursuing a business-related, human resources or legal degree full-time at an accredited college or university. Minimum 2.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a 10-year member of 4-H who will enroll full-time at an accredited post-secondary education.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Greenwood Community High School who will enroll full-time at a two- or four-year college, university or vocational school. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduate of Whiteland Community High SChool who will pursue two- or four-year undergraduate study full-time at an accredited college or university. Participation in community activities must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Greenwood Community High School who is a student football athlete.

Applicant must be a resident of Johnson County pursuing advance education or certification in the long-term healthcare field.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Johnson County high school who will major in the field of agriculture full-time at an accredited college or university in Indiana.

Applicant must be a graduate of a Johnson County high school who resides in Johnson County and will major in music or theatre full-time at a two- or four-year college or university. Minimum 2.75 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Franklin Community High School who will pursue baccalaureate degree full-time in the field of nursing at an accredited college or university. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Franklin Community High School who will pursue advanced education.
