Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI who is a full-or part-time student at any Michigan college or university. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a Bay County, MI resident who is a senior at Central, Western, or Garber High School. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI who is a senior at Bay City Central High School and will attend an accredited post-secondary institution in Michigan full-time. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a senior at John Glenn High School who will attend a post-secondary institution full-time. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a student at a Bay County, MI high school who will attend Davenport University, Delta College, Central Michigan University, Northwood University, or Saginaw Valley State University. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a high school senior from Arenac, Bay, Huron, Midland, Saginaw, or Tuscola County, MI who has participated in track & field or cross country for two years and will be a full-time student. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a first-generation student who has been a Bay County, MI resident for at least six years, has attended Bay County, MI school/s for at least four years, and will attend Delta College or Saginaw Valley State University full-time after graduation.
