Applicant must be a graduating senior from the Olathe School District who attended Santa Fe Trail Junior High School and will pursue post-secondary education.

Applicant must be an employee or the dependent of an employee of Centerpoint Medical Center who will major in a health-related field.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Northeast High School or St. Mary's High School who will pursue post-secondary education at an accredited institution in Missouri.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Drexel high school.

Applicant must be a graduating female senior from Blue Springs High School who was involved with varsity basketball.

Applicant must be a member of the Lafayette County 4-H club or FFA chapter who will pursue post-secondary education. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from an Eastern Jackson County high school who will pursue post-secondary education.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Fort Osage School District.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from St. Mary's High School who will major in education, nursing or theology.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Blue Springs, Buckner, Fort Osage, Grain Valley, Independence, Lee's Summit, Oak Grove or Raytown High School who will attend a four-year college or university.
