Applicant must be a graduating senior from Wood River, NE.

Applicant must be a Hall County, NE high school graduate who will attend a four-year college or university in Nebraska. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduate of Hall County Youth Leadership Tomorrow who will pursue post-secondary education.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Grand Island, NE who will pursue a fine arts course of study.

Applicant must be between the ages of 17 and 21 and enrolled in an accredited program in the field of biology, diving, ecology, marine environmental conservation, or research.
