Applicant must fill out an application, write an essay, submit recommendation forms and participate in Scholar Day. Selection is based on the decisions made by the interviewing committee.

Applicant must be a North Carolina High School senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA who will be attending a four-year college or university in the Fall. Selection is based upon community involvement, volunteerism, non-profit program involvement, and community projects.
