Applicant must be pursuing a degree in thermal spray processes or materials at an accredited university with at least one more year left. Recommendation from supervisor, recommendation from one industrial source, and three page letter required.

Applicant must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education or a high school senior/recent high school graduate pursuing post-secondary education in the criminal justice field. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a woman freshman college student pursuing a Bachelors degree in accounting who is the primary source of support for her family. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a woman completing her sophomore year of college pursuing a Bachelors degree in accounting who is the primary source of support for her family. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a woman who is an undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in accounting at an accredited school within the state of Washington.

Applicant must be a woman earning a degree in accounting. Preference given to a woman returning to college from the work force after raising children.
