Applicant must be a National Merit Finalist who listed Case Western Reserve University as his or her first choice with the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.

Applicant must rank in the top fifth of secondary school class and have a combined SAT Reasoning or composite ACT score in the top quarter. Applicant must be a resident of and must have graduated from a high school in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, or Summit counties, Ohio.

Selection is based upon academic achievement, financial need, extracurricular activities, recommendations, and interview.

Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and a minimum composite ACT score of 25 (combined SAT Reasoning score of 1130).

Applicant must be a member of Delta Gamma or the sister or child of a Delta Gamma member. Financial need is required.

Applicants must have been members of the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association and attend either a high school or an accredited college or university in the United States or Canada pursuing a bachelor's degree. Applicants must submit a transcript and an essay describing their goals and objectives.

Minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 980 (composite ACT score of 21) required.

Applicant must demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, aptitude for college, and leadership/service potential. Applicant must rank at or above the 90th percentile of class and have minimum composite ACT score of 27 (combined SAT score of 1220). Financial need is not considered. Written exam and interview are required.
