Applicant must be a graduating high school senior who is the child or relative of a member of the Oklahoma State Firefighters Association.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Moore public school who will attend Oklahoma City Community College.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Lindsay High School who will pursue post-secondary education. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a rural Oklahoma high school who will attend an accredited post-secondary institution. Financial need and minimum 3.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Edmond Memorial High School who will attend an accredited post-secondary institution. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from an Oklahoma City high school.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from an Oklahoma high school who is the employee or dependent of an employee of Quail Creek Golf and County Club. Minimum 2.0 GPA required.
