Applicant must be a female graduating from an Oregon high school who will major in english at a four-year public or nonprofit college in Oregon. FAFSA and minimum 3.8 GPA required.

Applicant must be the dependent of an employee of the Albina Fuel Company who has been employed with Albina Fuel for one year or more as of October 1 prior to the scholarship deadline.

Applicant must be an Oregon resident who will enrolled or is enrolled at least half time at a college or university. Essay and two references required. Preference given to first- or second-generation immigrants to the United States.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Aloha High School who will enroll at least half time at a public college or university in the U.S. FAFSA and maximum 3.2 GPA required.
