Applicant must rank in the top third of their secondary school class and/or have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Financial need required.

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student from Bloomsburg Area School District or Columbia-Montour Area Vocational Technical School with intent to major in mathematics, mathematics education, computer science, computer forensics, or statistics. First preference will be given to Bloomsburg Area School District students.

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student who will be majoring in nursing. Minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1100 (minimum combined score of 550 on each portion) required.

Applicant must be a resident of Ashland, Mt. Carmel, Shenandoah Boroughs or Mt. Carmel Township who is a student from any of the following high schools: Shenandoah Area, North Schuylkill Area, Mount Carmel Area, Marian Catholic, Pottsville Nativity, or Our Lady of Lourdes.
