Applicant must be a participant in varsity sports.

Selection is based upon applicant's participation and musicianship.

Applicant must have between 60 and 75 credits and must demonstrate high academic achievement and not receive any other institutional scholarships. The Provost selects at least two students from each school or college with the highest GPA.

Applicant must be a junior or senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Applicant must be an entering freshmen student who graduated from Simon Gratz, Germantown, Central or Girls High School, who intends to major in one of the natural sciences. Nomination from high school and financial need are required.

Applicant must be a current freshman or sophomore who possesses high academic achievement and significant participation and promise of leadership in co-curricular activities.

Applicant must demonstrate high academic achievement and well-rounded activity on campus and in the community.

Applicant must be able to demonstrate financial need and a commitment to a better society for all people, applicant should personify a social consciousness through action.

Award is to honor any applicants for their participation in, leadership of, or personal accomplishment of constructive social and/or educational change within or outside the University community.

Applicant must be a full-time graduating senior who has demonstrated a concern for others and shown dedication and loyalty to the university.

Applicant must be a full-time student who has demonstrated innovative and entrepreneurial leadership in furthering student activities to benefit students and the community.

Applicant must be a continuing student who has demonstrated academic achievement (minimum 2.75 grade point average) and financial need.
