Applicant must be a graduating senior from Arlington, VA who will attend a four-year college or university. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Arlington, VA who will attend Northern Virginia Community College. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Yorktown High School who has actively participated in the SOAR program.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from an Arlington Public School high school who will attend a community college full-time. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from an Arlington, VA high school who participated in athletics.
