Applicant must be a graduating senior from Franklin Community High School planning to enroll full-time in a field of medicine at an accredited college or university.

Applicant must be a female Ukiah High School senior or graduate with serious interest in pursuing a career in the medical field. Selection based upon financial need and prior academic achievement.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Wells County, IN high school who will pursue post-secondary education in the field of food preparation, medicine, recreational therapy or social services.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Dalton High School who will enroll full-time in health services, medicine or nursing.

Applicant must be a sophomore, junior, or senior at Franklin College in the pre-medical field.

Applicants must be a second or third year underrepresented minority medical student at an accredited U.S. medical school in the Los Angeles area. Students must have a clinical interest in hematology.

Applicants must be members of a pre-med organization and enrolled at a college or university at the sophomore level or higher. Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and plan on taking the MCAT exam to pursue further studies.

Applicant must be a medical doctor in a Texas residency program and a resident of Texas.

Applicants must be senior minority medical students at an accredited U.S. medical school. Students must demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, leadership and community service.

Applicant must be a college student entering or enrolled in medical school. FAFSA, Student Aid Report, and tax returns are required.
