Applicants must be enrolling at Birmingham-Southern College. Students must audition in either musical theatre or theatre and complete an interview with a faculty member. Applicants interested in technical theatre and design must bring a portfolio of their work.

Applicants must live in the U.S. and be either current undergraduate or graduate students or young professionals including Ph.D, researchers, scholars and individuals who have graduated in the past 15 years. Students must submit a research paper.
