Applicant must demonstrate athletic ability

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate leadership skills, academic achievement, community service, and participation in on-campus sports.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Madras High School who will attend a public or nonprofit college or university and participated in high school sports. FAFSA and essay required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Blue River Valley High School who participated in athletic events and extra-curricular activities for all four years of high school and will attend an accredited four-year college or university. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from New Castle High School who participated in athletic events and extra-curricular activities all four years of high school and will attend an accredited four-year college or university. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Greenwood Community High School who is a student football athlete.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Indian Creek High School who was an athlete and will attend Franklin College.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Maquoketa High School who is involved in athletics.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from an Allegan County high school who participated in sports and will pursue post-secondary education full-time. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Cathedral or Longmeadow High School who is active in athletics. Academic achievement must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Connellsville Area or Geibel Catholic Middle High School who will participate in collegiate sports. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must participate in athletics.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and must have played sports in high school.
