Applicant must be a graduating senior from Laurel Highlands High School who demonstrates academic achievement, athletic ability and an interest in community service.

Applicant must be an athlete. Athletic director and coaches choose recipients.

Applicant must be a legally blind male who has participated in a USABA sports programs and is enrolled/enrolling at a two-/four-year, technical institution, or university as a full-time student. Selection is based upon academic records, involvement in extracurricular and civic activities. Essay, transcript and references are required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior male athlete from Bartholomew County who will attend an accredited post-secondary institution.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Kelso High School who participated in athletics and will attend an accredited college or university. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior from North Fort Myers High School who is a student athlete. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be Korean-American and be enrolled as a full time student studying art or music or participating in athletics. Selection is based upon financial need, academic achievement, extracurricular activities, and community service.
