Applicant must be a graduating senior from Rock Island High School who will enroll full-time in a post-secondary institution. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Cedar, Clinton, Des Moines, Jackson, Johnson, Lee, Louisa, Muscatine, Scott, Van Buren or Washington County, IA or Carroll, Henry, Knox, Mercer, Rock Island or Whiteside County, IL who has worked or had a relative work at a new car dealership within the last year.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Pleasant Valley High School who will enroll full-time in an accredited post-secondary institution.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior who has lost a parent, either biological or adoptive, and will enroll full-time in a post-secondary institution. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bettendorf, Davenport Central, North or West, or Rivermont Collegiate who will enroll full-time at an accredited post-secondary institution. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduate of a Rock Island County, IL high school who will enroll full-time in a health-related field. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from United Township High School who will enroll full-time at a post-secondary institution. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior who will enroll full-time in a post-secondary institution. Financial need and minimum 2.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Davenport Central High School who will pursue post-secondary education full-time. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Cedar, Clinton, Des Moines, Jackson, Johnson, Lee, Louisa, Muscatine, Scott, Van Buren or Washington County, IA or Carroll, Henry, Knox, Mercer, Rock Island or Whiteside County, IL who will enroll full-time in a construction-related course of study. Minimum 2.25 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Davenport West or North High School who will enroll full-time in a post-secondary institution.

Applicant must be a graduating senior who has been in foster care for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the start of their post-secondary education and has a tie to the CFGRB service area in Iowa or Illinois.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Moline High School who participated in at least one sport. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
