Applicant must be a former collegiate athlete or dependent on a former collegiate athlete

Applicant must have defined goals and expectations and prior computer or technological training. Applicant must be in need of financial aid. Applicant must be employed full or part time.

Applicant must have completed a minimum of 15 credit hours at UMUC and must not be receiving financial aid from any other source. Preference will be given to an applicant who expresses a need for financial aid.

Applicant must be enrolled full-time and have demonstrated leadership and community involvement. Applicant must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours.
