Applicant must be a graduate of William J. Dean Technical High School in Holyoke, MA.

Applicant must be a graduate of Springfield Technical Community College or Holyoke Community College of Puerto Rican ancestry who resides in Hampden or Hampshire County and will attend a post-secondary institution in Massachusetts.

Applicant must be a graduating senior form Longmeadow High School who excels in academics and swimming.

Applicant must be a resident of Montgomery, MA who will attend a two- or four-year college or university.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Holyoke High School who excelled in academics and athletics.

Applicant must be a resident of Granby, MA planning to pursue post-secondary education.

Applicant must have completed their sophomore year of college and be pursuing a degree in accounting or finance.

Applicant must be a graduate of Springfield Central High School.

Applicant must be the child or grandchild of a member of the Springfield Newspapers' 25-Year Club.

Applicant must be a student at the University of Massachusetts who has resided in Holyoke, MA for at least ten years.

Applicant must be a resident of Northampton, MA attending law school.

Applicant must be a resident of Chicopee, Holyoke or Springfield, MA.
