Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Bay City public high school who attended Lindsay Elementary School and participated in extracurricular activities. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI enrolled full-time in a commercial art program. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduate of Bay City Central High School attending any post-secondary institution in Michigan. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduate of John Glenn or All Saints High School who will attend Delta College or Michigan State University full-time. Financial need and minimum 3.3 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduate from Bay City Central High School in Bay County, MI who was admitted to a school of education as a full-time student. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay Arenac Community High School who has overcome obstacles. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Bay County High School who has been accepted to Delta College and/or Saginaw Valley State University.

Applicant must be a graduating female senior at Bay City Central High School who will attend a post-secondary institution full-time.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Garber High School who participated in band, cheerleading, choral music or dance squad.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from All Saints or Bay City Western High School. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.
