Applicant must be a Bay County, MI resident who will study as a dental, dental auxiliary, dental hygiene or dental technology student full-time. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a Bay County, MI resident who has completed one year of college in an accredited program of nursing, physical therapy, graduate medical school or another health-care related program. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a Bay County, MI resident who attended Kolb School for at least one year. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a Bay County, MI resident who will attend a Michigan college or university full-time and is a family member or member of the Michigan Educational Support Personnel Association (MESPA) or Michigan Education Association (MEA). Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI who is a senior at Western High School. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI who will study speech pathology. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a Bay County, MI resident who attended Handy Intermediate School and will attend a post-secondary institution full- or part-time. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a resident of Arenac or Bay County, MI who will pursue a degree in speech/language pathology or special education. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Bay County, MI high school who was involved in a varsity sport during senior year. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a high school graduate from Bay County, MI who has not yet attended a post-high school institution. Financial need must be demonstrated.
