Applicant must be a senior and an initiated member of Delta Epsilon Sigma. Application must be accompanied by three letters of recommendation which address the academic, service, and character traits of the candidate, including one from the Chapter Advisor. Transcript also required.

Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA in core courses or a minimum 27 composite ACT score (minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1210). Decision based on academic criteria, letters of academic recommendation, leadership activities, academic essays, and an on-campus interview.

Applicant must be a first-year student with high academic achievement. Award is based upon national test scores and high school GPA, automatically awarded to all qualified applicants that are admitted to the college.
