Applicant must be a participant in the History Bowl. Preference given to members of the first or second place team. Nomination by sponsoring high school teacher is required.

Applicant must be an outstanding participant in the History Bowl.

Section based on leadership and academic record.

Applicant must graduate in the top half of Galena High School and have an interest in agriculture.

Selection is based upon academic record and leadership.

Applicant must be interested in horticulture.

Applicant must be an outstanding participant in the Pummill Math Relays.

Applicant must receive a first place award in the Pummill Math Relays. Preference given to mathematics education majors.

Applicant must demonstrate an interest in science through projects or presentations.

Applicant must be at least 24 years of age and in the first or second semester of initial college experience or returning to college after an absence of at least three years.
