Applicant must be a graduate or graduating senior from Holdrege High School who will pursue education in the Arts and Sciences at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln full-time. Financial need and minimum 3.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident, native, graduate or graduating senior from Bertrand, NE who will enroll in a minimum two-year program.

Applicant must have graduated from a Phelps County, NE high school and enrolled as a post-secondary student pursuing a two- or four-year degree or certification in art. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduate or graduating senior from a Phelps County high school who will pursue a two-year certificate, undergraduate degree or graduate degree in nursing full-time.
