Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and a minimum of 30 credits completed at Dowling College. Selection is based upon financial need and academic achievement.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.25 GPA in his/her Political Science courses. Selection is based upon academic achievement.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be enrolled in a Dowling College flight laboratory course, and hold an F.A.A. Private Pilot license.
