Applicant must be a member or the child of a member of Temple Baptist Church in Portsmouth, Ohio, must have application signed by pastor, and must successfully complete one quarter of college coursework. FAFSA is required.

Applicant must be a Glenwood High School senior or graduate who attended at least three years. Selection for some awards is based upon financial need. FAFSA is required.

Applicant must be a graduate of a Ross or Scioto County, Ohio, secondary school, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate financial need.

Applicant must be a senior at East High School, have received two sports letters, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.8 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and reside in Scioto County, Ohio, or Greenup or Lewis County, Ky. Preference is given to applicants from single-parent homes.

Applicant must have a 3.0 GPA, submit 250-word paper with reasons for choice of plastics field, and attend interview.

Applicant must be a senior athlete who is no longer eligible for Shawnee State University athletic scholarship.

Applicant must be a resident of Scioto County, Ohio, or Greenup or Lewis County, Ky., be pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree, have good academic standing, and be of good character.

Applicant must be a Pike, Ross, or Scioto County, Ohio, secondary school senior, be planning to enroll as a full-time student, and demonstrate high academic achievement. Preference is given to non-smokers.
