Applicant must be a graduating senior from the Appalachian Ohio area who will pursue post-secondary education in a a field relating to STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics). Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Meigs High School.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Nelsonville-York High School who will attend an accredited post-secondary institution. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Jackson City High School who will attend a four-year college or university in Ohio. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a resident of Guernsey County, OH who will enroll in an accredited medical school or college in the United States.
