Applicant must be a full-time student with a minimum 3.0 GPA who resides in Ohio or Kentucky and has financial need.

Applicant must be a full-time student enrolled in a four-year B.A. program with a music minor. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA (high school or college) in music and a minimum 2.5 overall GPA. Applicant must maintain good academic standing and show financial need.
