Applicant must be attending a four-year Oklahoma college or university and need financial assistance.

Applicant must be a female, a U.S citizen, and be a full- time student who is involved in extracurricular activities. A minimum 2.5 undergraduate GPA or a minimum 3.0 graduate GPA are required.

Applicant must be a U.S citizen who is a minority with a minimum 3.3 high school GPA. Applicant must demonstrate leadership skills through participation in community service or extracurricular activities.

Applicant must be a teacher education student who has taken early childhood courses.

Applicant must be legally blind and be planning to pursue a full-time post-secondary course of study in the U.S. Applicant must participate in the entire National Federation of the Blind (NFB) national convention.

Applicant must be a full-time student who is enrolled in a minimum of seven hours of theater arts classes and who has a minimum 2.5 GPA. Financial need is required.

Applicant must be in the scholars program at the college.

Applicant must be a full-time student who was a graduate of Spiro or Heavener high school who is of Cherokee or Choctaw descent and is pursuing a career in health-care.

Applicant must be a nursing student.

Applicant must be a Heavener resident with financial need.

Applicant must live on campus and have financial need.

Applicant must be a science student who is working toward an associate of science degree.

Applicant must be a business administration student.
