Applicant must be a transfer student from Chemeketa Community College with 47 transferable credits and a minimum 3.25 GPA.

Applicant must be a transfer student who is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

Applicant must have received a donation from their church's general funds, the University will match the award amount up to $1,000.

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student. A formatted (typed) list of all activities that the applicant has been involved in over the past four years is required. Activities that qualify include church/community service, extracurricular, special awards received, and work for pay.

Applicant must be an incoming freshman student who is a National Merit Finalist. Proof of verification of standing is required.
