Sophomore applicant must have a maximum of 29 credits, junior applicant must have between 30 and 59 credits, and senior applicant must have at least 60 credits. Selection is based upon highest GPA.

Applicant must be a Delta Upsilon member who has completed two or more clinical nursing courses at the school. Selection is based upon scholastic achievement, leadership, creativity, evidence of professional commitment, and financial need.

Applicant must have been an employee of a long-term care facility for at least two years.

Selection is based upon academic performance, participation in department activities, service to the college and community, and essay submission.

Applicant must work in a nursing home or assisted living residence in Massachusetts and must have worked there for at least one year.
