Applicant must be planning to attend post-secondary career training in an accredited vocational, college or university setting.

Applicant must be a graduating senior planning to attend a college or university in Arkansas whose parent died in service to the community, state or nation.

Applicant must be an employee or the child or grandchild of an employee of ARMCA.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Johnson County high school who will attend a post-secondary institution in Arkansas.

Applicant must be a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces residing in Arkansas and planning to attend an accredited two- or four-year college or university in Arkansas.

Applicant must be a resident of Arkansas pursuing an advanced degree in healthcare or hospital administration at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Applicant must be a resident of Arkansas who is the child or step-child of an Auto Services Co, Inc. employee.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from El Dorado High School in Arkansas.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Osceola High School in Arkansas who will major in business.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Searcy High School who was in the agriculture education program and will study agriculture, mechanical technologies, or a technical trade.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Harmony Grove High School.
