Applicant must be a minority and a U.S. citizen with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Transcripts, essay, and two letters of recommendation required.

Applicant must be legally blind and reside in the six-county Chicago area.

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and must be enrolled in a course of study relating to a degree in nuclear science or nuclear engineering. Applicant must be sponsored by an ANS local section, division, student branch, committee member or organizaiton member.

Applicant must be a currently enrolled student.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Coles County high school who is in the top 25 percent of their graduating class and plans to attend Eastern Illinois University.

Applicant must be an upper division major who demonstrates a love for and dedication to the study of history and is selected through a nomination process.

Applicant must be a student of record accepted into the accounting program at Eastern Illinois University. Minimum 3.2 GPA required.

Applicant must demonstrate academic achievement and/or financial need. Minimum 2.75 GPA (3.0 graduate) required.

Applicant must be a full-time student at Eastern Illinois University minoring in pre-law (or majoring if History, if pre-law is not an option). Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must demonstrate outstanding personal character and be enrolled in the pre-medical program. Preference will be given to a married candidate.

Applicant must major in a degree program in the Department of Mathematics and demonstrate financial need. Preference given to students from West Salem, IL or communities close to West Salem.

Applicant must demonstrate leadership and participation in the geology and earth science programs and be nominated. Minimum 2.8 GPA required.
