Applicant must be a non-caucasian U.S. citizen enrolled as a full-time student.

Applicant must be enrolled full-time and have an immediate family member pursuing an undergraduate degree as a full-time student at an accredited college or university.

Applicant must be enrolled full-time and be a child of a pastor or missionary or a member of any Evangelical Free church.

Applicant must audition and show participation in high school or college music department.

Minimum 3.25 GPA and minimum composite ACT of 24 to qualify for the $500 award. Minimum 3.75 GPA and minimum composite ACT of 24 to qualify for the $1,000 award.

Applicant must be a woman and show ministry in a service-related area.

Applicant must demonstrate financial need and complete the FAFSA.

Applicant must come from a traditionally underrepresented group or a first generation college student who has overcome hardship in achieving their academic goals. Recent recipients have had an average ACT score of 27 and an average cumulative 3.85 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.8 GPA, 60 transfer credit hours, and participate in the honors program.
