Applicant must be a female resident of Bartholomew County at least 25 years of age who will be attending an accredited post-secondary institution. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduate of a Bartholomew or Jackson County high school who is entering the Indiana University Medical School as freshmen or is an upperclassmen. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
