Applicant must be a graduating senior from Franklin Community High School who will pursue a career in secondary math education and attend an accredited college or university full-time. Financial need and minimum 2.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Johnson County high school who has participated in 4-H/FFA and community service, and will enroll full-time as an undergraduate student at an accredited college or university. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a current or past graduate of a Johnson County high school who is pursuing a business-related, human resources or legal degree full-time at an accredited college or university. Minimum 2.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a 10-year member of 4-H who will enroll full-time at an accredited post-secondary education.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Franklin Community High School who will major in education full-time at an accredited college or university. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Greenwood Community High School planning to major in architecture full-time at Ball State University who is in the top 20% of the graduating class.

Applicant must be a current or past graduate of Greenwood Community High School or a high school in Marion or Hamilton County who plans to enroll full-time at an accredited college or university and major in the arts or education.

Applicant must be a sophomore, junior, or senior at Franklin College in the pre-medical field.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from an Adams County high school who will major in a community service field at an accredited college or university.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bluffton High School who will pursue a career in music therapy, nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, special education or speech therapy.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Greensburg Community High School who participated in athletics or music and will pursue post-secondary education.

Applicant must be a graduate of South Decatur High School pursuing a degree in education, engineering or music.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Greensburg or North Decatur High School who will attend an accredited post-secondary institution. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.
