Applicant must be a second semester freshman chemistry major.

Applicant must rank in the top 5% of class and have a minimum combined SAT I score of 1250.

Applicant must be a graduate of a Roman Catholic high school in the Diocese of Pittsburgh, Greensburg, Altoona, or Johnstown and must enroll as a full-time student immediately following graduation.

Applicant must rank in the top quarter of class have a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1100. The purpose of the award is to increase the number of Pennsylvania resident students enrolled as mathematics, science, or technology majors, including math and science education.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and must have at least 12 credits. Selection is based upon academic record, campus activities, community service, career goals, and letters of recommendation.

Applicant must be a resident advisor who demonstrates exemplary performance in the RA position. Applicant must be a fall semester RA who is returning to the position for the spring semester.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.6 GPA and at least 62 credits, must be a PSECU member in good standing, and must demonstrate university and community activities that reflect a commitment to community service.
