Applicant must rank in the top tenth of class and graduate from one of the seven Catholic high schools in the Diocese of Erie, PA.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 transfer GPA and 24 credits.

Selection is based upon academic excellence.

Applicant must have completed at least 96 credits, 60 of which must have been completed at East Stroudsburg University, and must have a minimum 3.5 GPA.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and at least 30 credits.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.75 GPA.

Applicant must have been a member of Girl Scouts for a minimum of two years, but not a Gold Award recipient.
