Applicant must be a resident of Chittenden County, VT who will pursue a degree in public safety at an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding. Financial need and community service must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a resident of Vermont enrolled in their junior or senior year of a bachelor's degree in elementary education at an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior from Vermont who will pursue a degree in environmental studies or special education at an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding. Financial need and community service/involvement must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a member or employee, or the spouse or dependent of a member or employee of the St. Albans Cooperative Creamery who will attend an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a resident of Windham County, VT who will enroll in a nursing program (LPN, AS, RN, BSN) at an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a resident of Caledonia County, VT who will attend an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a resident of Caledonia or Washington County, VT who was born in Vermont and will pursue a degree in law enforcement or fish and game management. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a resident of Windham County, VT or Reasboro or Searsburg, VT. Financial need and school/community involvement must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a resident of Vermont pursuing a degree in social work or education at an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding. Financial need, community involvement/service and a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of the Upper Valley of Vermont who will attend an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding. Financial need and community involvement/service must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior from Vermont who will pursue a degree in the arts at an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding. Financial need, academic achievement and significant skill and talent in an artistic medium must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a high school graduate from a Chittenden County high school who will attend an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding. Academic achievement and financial need must be demonstrated.
