Applicant must plan to attend medical, dental, podiatry, veterinary, or optometry school after graduation.

Applicant must be a junior or senior majoring in the natural sciences with a commitment to the field of clinical exercise physiology.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.8 GPA and a minimum composite ACT score of 30 (minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1310) and demonstrate strong leadership qualities. Selection is based upon essay submission, letter of recommendation, and personal interview.

Applicant must rank in the top tenth of class and have a minimum 3.3 GPA in college preparatory classes and a minimum combined SAT I score of 1050 (composite ACT score of 24).

Applicant must rank in the top half of class and have a minimum 3.0 GPA in college preparatory classes.
