Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI who is a member or staff member of the Boys and Girls Club enrolled in a Bay County High School who is attending an accredited college. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI who is graduating from John Glenn High School and will attend a post-secondary institution full-time.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Bay County, MI high school who will pursue a degree in the sciences or science education. Financial need and minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Garber High School in Bay County, MI who will pursue education in the field of education. Financial need and minimum 2.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay City Central High School who has overcome economic, social, emotional or culture obstacles and will attend a post-secondary institution full-time. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI. Financial need and minimum 2.75 GPA required.

Applicant must be a child or grandchild of an active, retired, or deceased Bay City police officer. Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA required.

Applicant must be a full-time student residing in Bay County, MI. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be an employee, spouse, child or grandchild of an active, retired or deceased employee of GM Powertrain Bay City.

Applicant must be a resident or graduate of Bay or Arenac County, MI who will attend a post-secondary institution full-time with a declared major in trades or construction with an emphasis on safety. Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA required.
