Applicant must be a graduate from Bay City Central High School in Bay County, MI who was admitted to a school of education as a full-time student. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay Arenac Community High School who has overcome obstacles. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Bay County High School who has been accepted to Delta College and/or Saginaw Valley State University.

Applicant must be a graduating female senior at Bay City Central High School who will attend a post-secondary institution full-time.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Garber High School who participated in band, cheerleading, choral music or dance squad.

Applicant must be a graduate of a Bay City Public School. Financial need and minimum 2.8 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from All Saints or Bay City Western High School. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay City Central High School entering a medically related curriculum at a post-secondary institution.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay City Western High School who will enter a medically related curriculum at a post-secondary institution.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI attending Michigan College full-time. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Bay County, MI High School who will attend Central Michigan University full-time. Financial need and minimum 2.8 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior or recent graduate of Pinconning High School who will attend an accredited college or university full- or part-time. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI attending Delta College full-time for the first time. Financial need must be demonstrated.
