Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI attending Michigan State full-time.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Garber High School who will attend a college or university in Michigan. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduate of Bay City Central High School attending Delta College or Saginaw Valley State University. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior residing in Bay County, MI or a student just transferring to the University of Michigan.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Garber High School entering a four-year university or local community college pursuing a degree in education and/or school administration or guidance counseling. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County, MI who is an eagle scout and will attend a four-year university full-time. Financial need and minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduate of Bay City Central or John Glenn High School who will attend a public college or university in Michigan full-time.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay City Central High School who will attend a public college or university in Michigan as a full-time student majoring in business, education, information technology or social sciences.

Applicant must be a resident of Bay County who will attend Delta College, University of Detroit Mercy, or any of the American Indian Colleges full-time. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduate of a Bay County high school enrolled full-time in an art curriculum. Financial need must be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay City Central High School who will attend a college or university in Michigan full-time. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.
