I'm actually backstage at a WB event in Europe, getting ready to compete. I can't tell you what an honor this is to be honored by my peers and by the college to be put into the Springfield College Hall of Fame. Dedication to craft and hard work allows you to achieve your goals. I'm part of a new team now, and that's the W W family, and they demand a very rigorous schedule, a schedule that never stops with no off season and is what I learned at Springfield College is a part of the Springfield college football team that's allowed me to not only be here in the w b, but thrive. I've been on the road with a W W now for 13 years, 52 weeks a year, doing just about 300 live events a year, and the foundation I learned as a Springfield College member. The football team with great coaches like Mike belong just to give you a really, really quick story. Remember sophomore year? I was always inspired, but maybe a little bit confused. The spring of my sophomore year I was thinking about possibly leaving Springfield College, and I approached, coached along about it, and he sat me down, and he basically said very bluntly that nothing in life worth working for is given away for free, and this will be hard. It'll be hard work, and the days will be long and grueling. At the very end, the achievement and satisfaction of accomplishing my goals will be very worthwhile. Was right then and there that I applied myself more than ever and became a team captain and a first team all American, all because the coaching staff and the whole embodiment of Springfield College got my spirit, mind and body on the right track. I would not be anywhere if it weren't for my experience at Springfield College. It truly means the world to me to be honored on this day. I want you to know everyone in attendance that each and every day I honor each and every one of you and whatever Springfield College stands for synergy between spirit, mind and body.
