I'm a rising senior at ST Michael's College in colchester, Vermont, This is my third installment for campus real. I'm super excited to show you what my summers like up on campus on campus. I work as a marketing videographer, photographer, in the marketing department. Um in a nutshell, I promote, produce content for social media, I promote events, um, and I'm kind of here and there and everywhere in terms of what the colleges doing, I've had so many opportunities to meet so many different people that I certainly never would have had had, I not been involved in the marketing department, being in economics and business major. I never thought I would have had such close relationships, professors in the biology department, for example, I just produced a segment about teaching gardens on campus at ST mike's. They were created by both an elementary education professor and a biology professor who would have thought that combination would create something so crazy. Here's a little segment on what I did for the teaching gardens. This is professor valery bon Jenson from the education department, Professor Mark Love quits biology and welcome to the teaching gardens of ST Michael's College. My job at SMC takes up a lot of my time during the week, but I'm also interning at Burleigh axe throwing. Yeah, you heard it right? It's an act storing company. I promote events, produce content for social media, photo video, you name it. Um, but I also bring their acts during trailer to various events. Check out some of the events we've done in this promotional video for the act story trailer. I'm so grateful to say mix for what they've given me in terms of employment opportunities and the opportunities I've had to kind of show what I've done here in the real world. I got the opportunity for the internship kind of reaching out on my own. If it wasn't for the opportunity to ST Mike's gave me to work in the marketing department to really gain that experience and my resume. I don't think I would have had that opportunity. Like I said in my first few videos, what really caught my eye about ST Mike's was the connections you have and the connections you make just because you're here. I think it's super cool to see how my reason for coming here is already coming to fruition and I can't wait to see more of what comes in the future. Thanks for hanging out with me for the last few videos. I hope you guys certainly take a look at ST Mike's, it's a place you shouldn't miss and I hope you guys have a great summer.
