Hi everyone, my name is Nathan, but most of my friends call me Nate. I'm originally from Indonesia but I'm currently staying in Cambridge, United Kingdom to pursue my master's in business administration at the judge Business School, University of Cambridge. The reason why I was playing for business school was because I was basically at the point of my career Where I was beginning to really lead a team. So I used to lead a team of 10 extremely talented Indonesians. I wanted to learn how to lead a more diverse team across people from the cultures. Geography is different skill sets, different nationalities and I think the business school, uh pursuing a business school degree would be the best way to do that because I envisioned it as a place where the brightest minds from around the world and these are very, very accomplished people come together um to collaborate with one another. At the same time I was trying to find a place where it doesn't take too long to get the degree because I didn't want to take too much time off out of the workforce because I was at a career trajectory in which I was accelerating quite rapidly. So I wanted to have a business degree that only took one year instead of the usual two years. The UK government has initiated this new Visa uh scheme that allows graduates to stay for an additional two years after their graduation within the UK. That's nice stuff that brought perspective without having to worry about Visa or employment sponsorship judge. Business school is embedded within the University of Cambridge ecosystem. Um as of now, the University of Cambridge is ranked third best university in the world, so I'm very assured that it gives me access to some of the brightest minds in the world, accessing as much diversity of thought um as possible.
