Participating in the Prototype Program at Georgetown College with Beck
The following is an computer-generated summary of the video transcript.
I originally decided on Georgetown because of the Oxford honors program and did not know about the prototype program until I was already on campus. I think applying to the prototype program and becoming a member is one of the things that is made my Georgetown experience so wonderful. Some of the requirements are being either a major or a minor and art as well as taking at least one art class every semester, which, if you are a major or a minor and art is not very hard. My passions are both art and history and so being able to pursue both and feel as though I'm pursuing both of them fully. I found Georgetown to be the perfect place to do that because of the small faculty to student ratio. I had the experience of being very one on one with all of my art professors as well as all of my history professors. It felt very balance and I was provided that balance through the faculty as well as the class size and through being a part of both of the different program.
